Services: ours or their own
With Services and suppliers switched on in Settings, Features, each enquiry lists the extras they want, such as catering, bar, photography or flowers. For each one, tick Ours if you are providing it, or Their own if the couple is sourcing it, and type who is supplying it. Set this when you add the enquiry, or later with Edit on the record.
Supplier documents on a record
If a couple is using their own suppliers, their record has a Supplier documents box on the More tab. It is private to you and the couple.
- Press Add to upload a document yourself: give it a Document title, choose the File and press Add.
- Documents the couple uploads from their portal show here as waiting for you.
- Press Accept or Reject on each one once you have checked it.
The Guest uploads page
Open Guest uploads from the menu to see every supplier document sent in, across all your weddings, in one list.
- Document, Name, Uploaded and Uploaded by: what it is, whose wedding, when and who sent it.
- Status: waiting, accepted or rejected.
- The eye, View, opens the file.
- Accept and Reject record your decision.
- The arrow, Open record, goes to the couple's record.
Knowing when something arrives
When a couple uploads a document, you see it in the bell and on your dashboard, with a banner saying how many are waiting for review. It is also emailed to your notification address, and pings your phone if alerts are on.
