  1. Mine, Everyone, Unassigned switch between your own enquiries, the whole team's and the ones nobody has picked up yet.
  2. New, not replied to yet shows the enquiries nobody has answered. This is the same number as the badge in the menu.
  3. Filter by venue or by where they came from.
  4. Add enquiry adds one by hand.

The coloured dot by each name shows how they are doing: green is fine, amber needs a nudge and red has gone quiet. Click a name to open the record.
