Contracts and terms are written for you from your own templates when you confirm a booking. Couples sign them online in their portal.

  1. Write your contract and terms once, under Templates. Names, dates and packages fill in by themselves.
  2. When you convert an enquiry to a booking, the contract is made from your template. Read it through and confirm.
  3. Your couple reads and signs it in their portal. You can see who signed, and when.

Open Contracts in the menu to see everything that is signed and anything still waiting. Download any document as a PDF.
