The top of the record shows their name, status and reference, with buttons to email them, add a task and, for a booking, take a payment. Underneath, the tabs split everything into sections.
- Overview: the key details, people on the record and open tasks.
- Money and documents: contracts, payment schedule and payments.
- Emails and messages: every email sent and every portal message.
- Everything: the full history, newest first.
Press Edit on any section to change it. The form opens in a panel on the right, so you never lose your place.

Arrival and departurePick a date and the stay is suggested for you, for example Friday afternoon to Monday morning for a Saturday wedding. Change any of it if you need to.
