All records

Open All records from the menu. It is the place to check before adding someone new, so you don't add them twice.

  1. Type in the search box to find someone by name, email or phone. The list updates as you type, with no need to press Enter.
  2. Use Mine, Everyone or Unassigned to see your own records, the team's or the ones nobody has picked up.
  3. Use the type drop-down to show only Leads, Brochure Requests, Venue Tours or Bookings.
  4. Click a row, or the eye, to open the record.

The list shows each person's venue, who it is assigned to, what type of record it is and when it was added. Click Name, Venue or Added at the top to sort. Click again to reverse.

Duplicates

Switch on the Duplicate checker in Settings, Features, and Duplicates appears in the menu. It groups people who share the same email or phone number, with a count of how many groups there are to review.

  • Each group shows what they share, then each person's name, email, phone and when they were added.
  • Press Open record to look at each one and decide which is current.
  • If two people really do share an email or phone, such as a couple, press Not a duplicate - dismiss and that group won't show again.
No automatic mergingNothing is merged for you, on purpose. Open each record, keep the one that is current and tidy up the other by hand.

New enquiries are also checked as you add them, so you are warned before a duplicate is saved. See Adding an enquiry.
