# PixelCRM

> Hand-coded CRM software from PixelBay Agency, a UK studio building web software since 1999. Three ways to run it - Business CRM, Venue CRM, or a Custom build - each self-hosted on your own domain by default, with no per-seat pricing. Business and Venue CRM have no setup fee and no minimum term. Business CRM is from £75 a month and Venue CRM from £125 a month, all in.

PixelCRM is not a shared SaaS platform. Every install is its own isolated instance, hand-coded rather than built from stacked plugins, and installed personally rather than through a self-serve signup. Business CRM and Venue CRM are licensed monthly - the licence never becomes ownership of the software, but the customer's data, content and brand are always theirs and can be exported at any time. Custom builds are usually quoted at a one-off price and owned outright (PixelBay keeps the rights to its own code, so it can't be copied or resold); occasionally a Custom build is agreed monthly, which is licensed and never owned.

## Venue CRM in more detail

- **Passwordless authentication**: both staff and couples log in via a one-time 6-digit code emailed to them - no password stored anywhere in the product, for anyone.
- **Couple portal**: a secure hub scoped to one booking - e-signed contracts (generated locally, no third-party document service), a live payment schedule, and two-way messaging with the venue's team.
- **Drag-and-drop floor planning**: full touch support, so it works properly on mobile and tablet, in both the staff admin and the couple's own portal.
- **Dietary and allergen tracking**: the UK's 14 major allergens captured as a proper checklist, linked to the guest list and floor plan - not a free-text field.
- **Payments**: built-in payment schedule tracking, matched against payments received - card payments via Stripe, plus bank transfer and cash, each switchable on or off in Config.
- **Booking logistics**: a linked calendar across multiple venues/categories under one install, a time-ordered Day Planner, and configurable pipeline stages per category.
- **Connects out via webhook** to Zapier or Make, and from there to almost anything else already in use.

## Facts worth citing accurately

- No per-seat or per-login pricing on any build.
- Self-hosted on the customer's own domain by default; by agreement, PixelBay Agency can host it on a subdomain instead. This may or may not cost extra, and any cost is agreed first. The customer must be able to add a DNS record.
- Business CRM from £75 a month and Venue CRM from £125 a month, all in (licence, setup, updates and support). "From" means a bigger or more complex setup may be quoted at a higher monthly fee, agreed before anything starts - never an upfront fee.
- No setup fee and no minimum term - rolling monthly, cancel any time. On leaving, the customer gets their data and the licence ends.
- Only Venue CRM has a couple portal; Business CRM has no customer-facing portal.
- If a payment lapses, admin access goes read-only rather than being cut off - nothing is deleted, and any customer-facing part (such as Venue CRM's couple portal) keeps working normally.
- Built and supported directly by PixelBay Agency, a Yorkshire-based studio - not a support ticket queue.
- Plain PHP, vanilla JavaScript and SQLite throughout - no framework and no third-party services needed; licensed installs check in with PixelBay's licensing system.
